Among the many good things that computers have
done for the board wargaming hobby is to allow players to play their board games
via
electronic mail. Totaler Krieg! lends itself to PBEM due to its structured turn
sequence and unambiguous play.
While the Aide de Camp 2 link will show you the wonders of playing Totaler Krieg! using that fine product. The official TK! set for ADC2 (created by expert Nicholas Bell) is finished. Go the the ADC2 page on this web site for a screen shot and ordering information.
For all you Microsoft Power Point users (got MS Office?), check out this free PBEM kit courtesy of Darren Kilfara. Darren is in the UK (sending us back a little World War 2 "Lend-Lease") and does great work with Power Point. (Working with Power Point is his real job, in fact.) So if you're even just a tiny bit curious (or just want to see a picture of the amazing graphics), I suggest you check it out.
In the meantime, use the Other PBEM link which offers other PBEM kits (some for free!) from which you can make your own TK! game set. A TK! set has been created for Cyberboard (a free PBEM utility), so be sure to check the Other PBEM link to get a copy of Cyberboard and email the creator of the free TK! set he's created.
Other players have devised their own systems for playing Krieg! via electronic mail, and we hope that they soon share them with us so that we might share them with you. If you have something to contribute to this section, please don't hesitate to notify me about it!
